INTRODUCTION The INKAS “Rising Star” Scholarship recognizes exceptional post-secondary students who are studying engineering or business-related programs and who demonstrate promise to influence the future of security, manufacturing, and corporate operations. Submissions will be assessed by the INKAS Scholarship Committee using criteria including structure, clarity, creativity, relevance to INKAS’s sector, and forward-looking vision.
