As many as seven scholarships will be granted to high school seniors who plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Recipients may choose any college major—there are no limitations on field of study. The award honors the memory of Arnold Oestmann of Westmont, IL, a former president of the DuPage County Farm Bureau.
