Through its Graduate Awards Program, the AIAA Foundation recognizes and rewards graduate students who are conducting outstanding research in the fields of air and space sciences.

Applications for both the Undergraduate Scholarship and Graduate Award must be submitted online. All applicants are required to be AIAA Student Members. To join as a Student Member, click here.

Applicants have the opportunity to apply for a maximum of three (3) scholarships or graduate awards. The application form allows you to specify your top choice for an award, as well as two (2) additional awards you would like to be considered for. Please be aware that applicants who do not show a clear academic interest in the subject area of the award will not be eligible, so it's important to choose awards that align with your academic focus.
