Overview
Each year the California Business Aviation Association (CABAA) invests in future aviation professionals by awarding more than $100,000 in scholarships and training grants. Awards are available to graduating high school students entering aviation-focused colleges, current undergraduate students, and individuals seeking professional training to jump-start an aviation career.
2026 application details
- The application period for 2026 is now open. Carefully review the eligibility and requirements for each individual award on the CABAA website before applying.
- Applicants who apply to every single award will be deemed ineligible; choose the specific scholarships or training awards that best match your qualifications and goals.
- Finalists will be selected and interviewed in June 2026.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified on July 1, 2026.
Membership requirement
All scholarship recipients must be current CABAA members. Students are eligible for a free CABAA student membership — sign up online if you are not already a member.
