ISACA Scholarship

Since the year 2022, we have granted scholarships totaling US$1 million to 500 deserving students. These scholarships are aimed at supporting students from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry, paving the way for their academic and professional growth, particularly in IT audit and cybersecurity careers. The recipients are given essential financial aid to pursue and complete their higher education, along with an ISACA Career Building Bundle that links them to a community of IT/IS professionals, certification opportunities, and mentorship. This year, we are broadening our scholarship program by collaborating with additional ISACA chapters and corporations, who have generously funded their awards. In 2025, we are set to offer over 170 scholarships, aiding the educational and career progression of students from more than 20 countries. We deeply appreciate our partners' dedication to promoting diversity and fostering professional development in IT audit and cybersecurity.
The ISACA Foundation has recently joined the National Scholarship Providers Association, a group dedicated to enhancing the influence of scholarships. Our scholarship program was recognized with a 2023 Power of Associations Gold Award from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) for our efforts to bridge the gap in the cybersecurity workforce. In 2025, the ISACA Foundation will be offering scholarships in two rounds:
2025 Round 1:
- Application period begins on March 25
- Application period ends on May 20
- Selection process finalized in June
- Awards distributed in July/August
2025 Round 2:
- Application period starts on September 2
- Application period concludes on October 14
- Selection process wrapped up in November
- Awards handed out in December/January 2026
