American Ground Water Trust College Scholarships

Scholarship Sponsored by American Ground Water Trust

Value: $2,500.00
Awards Available: 3
Deadline : Apr 30, 2026

Overview

The American Ground Water Trust (AGWT) offers scholarships for high school seniors who plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college or university and intend to build a career in water resources with an emphasis on groundwater (examples: hydrogeology, water treatment, engineering, water law, etc.). Applicants will be reviewed for all available awards but may receive only one scholarship.

Beginning in 2025, AGWT will add a $2,500 scholarship funded by program supporters and attendees. The Trust is able to sustain this award because attendees cover credit card processing fees, helping continue AGWT’s groundwater-education mission.

General eligibility (applies to all scholarships)
- High school senior accepted to an accredited 2- or 4-year college/university.
- Intention to pursue a groundwater-related career (hydrogeology, water treatment, engineering, law, and related fields).
